Neumann Goretti Basketball 2022 PCL Champions

Neumann Goretti basketball has won 12 boys Philadelphia Catholic Championships during current head coach Carl Arrigale’s tenure. The most PCL titles during that time, and the record by one coach.

Neumann Goretti Basketball Wins 2022 Philadelphia Catholic League

This season was very challenging for a young and talented Neumann Goretti basketball team. Having a 2-week shutdown in January due to COVID, the team had to play 12 of its 13 league games in just 17 days.

The team would go 10-3 in league play. Good enough for the 4th seed and to host a home game in the quarter-finals. Then at the Palestra they would finish an improbable run to the PCL championship. Upsetting the #1 seed Roman Catholic in the semi-finals. Then beating Archbishop Ryan in the finals.
